Al-Shaikh Zakwan Abdul Razzaq Al Halabi

Shaikh Zakwan is the Imam and Khatib of Jamia Riyadh Jannah-Mississauga where he provides leadership to the Mosque, conducts daily and Jumah prayers. He has received Ijazah in Quran, Fiqh and other Islamic sciences from traditional scholars in Syria and the Middle East.  Shaikh Zakwan previously served as Imam and Teaching Assistant at the great Umayyad Mosque in Damascus and taught at Maahad Al-Fateh Al-Islami Madrassah. He has delivered lectures across different institutes in Syria, Malaysia and Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, is fluent in Arabic and English and has knowledge of German, French and Malay.
